Innalillahi Wainna Ilaihi Raji'uun.
That's what we should say.
Not 'alamak' 'alaa' or 'Urgh!'
We should be THANKFUL that we're still breathing.
We should PRAY to Him and ACCEPT the hardship with positive mind.

Bear in mind, Allah is The Most Justice.
He's The Most Understanding and All-Knowing.
